James Huffman, Ode to the Bowtie

Why does former Dean Huffman look so confused (and angry) in this picture? He's practically begging some fool to step up and be torn apart by his righteous former-dean fingers of fury! We think we've figured it out - he was obviously forced to wear that stinky, regular tie for this picture, and he's mad as hell (and almost ready to not take it any more).

Here's a fuzzy shot of Huffman in his natural state - sporting a bow tie and schmoozing with students. How could pizza with this guy ever be tedious, boring, or anything but just plain fun! And don't be fooled by his cuddly appearance. When the Bowtie steps up to a lunch time debate, his jovial neck wear is nothing but a smoke screen. It's too bad he's taking some time off this year.
