Dressing for the PILP Auction

Here is another great dress for the PILP auction. In yellow you would evoke "Big Bird". In this more subtle sea-foam green you just evoke the quick thought "bird" before the person then stares at... ummm... you should maybe add a wrap if you wear it to the PILP auction.
